Shopping Recipe


SHIPPING POLICY
♦ All goods offer on www.jennicewan.com.my are shippable locally.
♦ We deliver from Monday to Friday. There is NO MINIMUM PURCHASE, but all purchase will be charge for delivery service except for Self-Collect method.
♦ We endeavor to have all of your orders being placed once payment has cleared into our account.
♦ All accepted orders placed on working day (Monday to Friday) before 12:00p.m., are processed swiftly and every effort is made to ensure our products are of great quality and condition for delivery.
♦ All orders placed after the cut off time of 12:00p.m., will be processed the next working day.
♦ Please allow us to deliver within 7 working days (West Malaysia) and 14 working days (East Malaysia) or earlier after order confirmation (excluded Friday, Saturday and Public Holiday)
♦ For Self-Collect or Store pickup: Please allow us to process within 3 working days and we will send you a notification once your goods are ready for collection (excluded Friday, Saturday and Public Holiday).
♦ If no one receives the goods during the delivery time, the package will be returned to Yumi Food Ingredients Mart And it will have a charge for a second delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY
♦ You may exchange the items within 3 days (including Saturday and Sunday) after the date of received by contacting us at 604 7301016 or email to enquiry@jennicewan.com.my
♦ We will only exchange items with manufacturer defect and delivery will be at your cost.
♦ Request for exchange of goods will not be entertained after 3 days.
♦ Exchange of goods is not acceptable if it is worn, altered, opened and used. Unless there is a manufacturer defect.
♦ You must provide us with the original receipt/ invoice/ delivery order we issued to you for your order to make a claim. If you fail to do so, then we may reject or deny your claim.
♦ Exchange does not apply to perishable products or any food items.
♦ We are not liable for any products deteriorated by inappropriate storage method and they are not exchangeable.
♦ Exchange goods are allowed if the product is equal or greater value (non-refundable)
♦ Each piece of products can only be exchange once.

REFUND POLICY
♦ No refund will be accepted once payment is made.
♦ Refund will be made only if we cancelled or reject your purchase. Then we will endeavor to notify you within a reasonable time.

PAYMENT POLICY
All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and subject to change without further notice. We currently accept the following method of payment:

1. Cash
2. Paypal Credit Card (Visa and Master Card)
3. Cheque
4. Inter-Bank Transfer

♦ If your credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to process your order or deliver. You/ we may contact to make alternative payment arrangements.
♦ If payment made by cheque or inter-bank transfer, we needs 3 working days of clearance before order to be processed.
